Hjertegarn New Life Wool
New Life Wool from Hjertegarn is a lovely, classic wool yarn with a little twist - the yarn is made from 100% collected clothing, specifically old sweaters.
The collected sweaters come from all over Europe and are sent to the yarn manufacturer, where the yarn is produced completely without dyes or chemicals. The yarn ends up being 65% wool and 35% other textile fibers such as cotton or polyester.
The yarn is available in a number of fine shades, both the classic neutrals and the more colorful ones.
